Free furnishings with two-year lease!
Rent one of our furnished condos with a two-year lease and no lodging services, and take the furnishings with you when you leave! (Stove, refrigerator, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine, dryer, hot water heater, and furnace are not included in this deal.)

Rental Applications
Applications must be completed, maintained, and accompanied with a $50 non-refundable credit application fee for each prospective resident over the age of eighteen (18) years who will be living in the apartment and with the first month's rent. You will also need your last two pay stubs and a valid state-issued picture ID. All fees paid at the time of application are NON-REFUNDABLE. In the event that the Applicant cancels this application, Applicant agrees to forfeit all monies paid and understands that Wooded Isle, Inc. will retain those monies as liquidated damages. Applicant agrees that the liquidated damages are reasonable. Except that, if this application is rejected by Wooded Isle, Inc., the first month's rent will be returned to the applicant. The credit verification fee will not be refunded.

To hold a condo, we require a signed lease, security deposit, and the first month's rent. Written lease must be signed within ten days of approval of application and Security Deposit is due at lease signing. All subsequent months' rent is due on the first day of each month.
