With serviced and newly furnished four-room condos rented by the month or year on 61st Street (University Field Corporate Condos), and with studio or one-bedroom furnished apartments rented by the night on Stony Island Avenue (Wooded Isle Suites), we can accommodate your temporary lodging needs.

Furnished Four-Room Condos: At University Field Corporate Condos, you can move into a furnished condo with an eat-in kitchen, living room, study with twin-size sleeper-sofa and desk, and bedroom with queen bed. Condos are approximately 700 square feet. Here are the rates effective January 1, 2008:

Utilities are included, plus local and suburban calls, cable television with HBO, gas, and electricity. If your computer is equipped with a wireless access card, you may pay for high-speed wireless internet access through HotPoint Wireless by the month, day, or 20-minute block.

Rental & Cancelation Policies
For individuals leasing four (4) or more months: We require a $40 non-refundable credit application fee, and a $1,200 security deposit (refundable after all applicable charges have been paid). To hold an apartment, we require a signed lease, security deposit, and the first month's rent. All subsequent months' rent is due on the first day of each month.

For individuals leasing three (3) or fewer months: We require the first month's rent, and proper identification (current driver's license or passport). All subsequent months' rent is due on the first of each month. This lease can be canceled with 30 days notice, prior to the lease start date. A lease canceled less than 30 days before the start date will be charged a fee equal to 30% of the remaining reserved lease.

Overstays and late checkouts (after 12 noon) without prior consent are charged at double the nightly rate.
